Our mission
The Lawrence County Land Reutilization Corporation (the “Land Bank”) revitalizes and strengthens Lawrence County’s communities and rural areas by preserving property values through the strategic demolition of abandoned, blighted, and tax-delinquent properties. The Land Bank rehabilitates abandoned properties of potentially significant value and returns these properties to productive use through a transparent, public, and community-oriented process.

Ohio Auditor of State Award
The Ohio Auditor of State recognized the Land Bank for excellence in financial reporting, in accordance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP), presenting its award for the fiscal years ended 2021 and 2022.
