Celebrating 10 years of service to Lawrence County, Ohio
How to buy our property
Every property we list shows an asking price, the amount the Land Bank is asking for that property. Our board of directors approves the sale of each of our properties, considering both the price offered and the intended use of the property.
Choose a property
Browse the available property list and find the parcel that fits your plans. Each listing shows the asking price, acreage, township, and a link to the parcel’s page on the County Auditor’s site.
Prepare your application
Download the Property Purchase Application Form and fill it out completely with your offer. Also download and read the Restrictions and Covenants; buyers must understand the legal covenants the Land Bank holds on its properties.
